Rick Oursler
Pastor
Pastor Rick has served as the pastor of Melville Chapel United Methodist Church since 2018. He is a second career pastor, having taught middle school and high school physical education in Howard County Schools before retiring to serve as a pastor. He has a passion for teaching and preaching.
James Weaber
Certified Lay Servant
James joined the ministry team at Melville Chapel in 2023, but has been a part of our community for many years. He supports Pastor Rick with visitations, preaching and leading bible studies.
